Sam oversees recruiting and admissions for both the graduate and undergraduate programs. Originally from Wichita, Kansas, Sam and his wife Mackenzie moved to Wake Forest in 2013. Sam holds a Master of Arts in Communication from Wichita University and a Doctor of Education in Crisis Preparedness from Southeastern. He enjoys cheering on Liverpool F.C. and spending time with his wife Mackenzie, son David and Duncan the Dingo.

Cody is from Riverside, CA., and has earned a B.A. in Psychology and Life-Span Development from California Baptist University, and an M.A. in Christian Studies from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. He is currently working on a Second M.A. in Ethics Theology and Culture. His wife, Aly, and two children, Carter and Sage, moved to Wake Forest, NC specifically for the seminary. Cody Serves as the lead Pastor at Corinth Baptist Church in Louisburg, NC.

Samantha is a Wake Forest native. As the Undergraduate Admissions Counselor she enjoys working with students and helping them throughout the application process. She is currently working on her undergraduate degree in Global Studies. Samantha is married to Bradley, and together they serve at a rural church. Traveling, coffee, and fuzzy socks are a few of Sam’s favorite things.

Jade Marlin grew up in Charlotte, NC and has been in Wake Forest for four years doing her undergrad at The College of Southeastern. She will be pursuing her M.A. in Christian Marital, Family, and Individual Counseling to encourage families with the hope of Christ through whatever walk of life they may be in. Some of her favorite things include Mexican food, traveling, and spending time with her family.

Originally from Central Alabama, Matt and his wife Taylor made Wake Forest, North Carolina home in the Summer of 2018 for the purpose of pursuing theological educations at Southeastern. Matt recently earned his Bachelors of Business Administration from the University of North Alabama, and is currently pursuing an M.Div. in Preaching and Pastoral Ministry. Matt enjoys meeting new people, learning about the Lord and watching Parks and Recreation with his wife.

As the Manor House Hostess, Mandy loves introducing new students to Southeastern!  She is originally from Alabama, graduated from Auburn University in 2012 (War Eagle), and moved to Wake Forest to pursue a Masters of Arts degree in Ministry to Women. She is a member of Imago Dei Church, loves being outside, visiting new places, and reading with coffee in hand.

She graduated from The College of Southeastern with a Bachelor of Arts in Theology, and has a heart for encouraging others to explore the riches of God’s Word. Abby loves the South, pecan pie, and sunshine. One of her greatest joys is using her gift of hospitality to share Christ’s love and make others feel valued.

Originally from El Paso, TX, Mark graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. After having worked for a few years in College Ministry, he moved to Wake Forest in 2017 to pursue further theological training at Southeastern. He is now pursuing a Masters of Divinity with a focus in the original biblical languages. He is passionate about taking the gospel to people without access to it and hopes to one day help people translate the bible into their own language. Mark loves his friends and family and desires that all people would know they are cherished by their Creator. .

Casey serves both undergraduate and graduate students of Southeastern by developing strategies and initiatives to help students succeed academically, spiritually, and professionally. As a student, he holds the BA in Christian Studies and Philosophy from the College at Southeastern his MA in Apologetics and Christian Philosophy and is currently pursuing his MA in Biblical and Theological Studies. He and his wife Holly enjoy watching Parks and Rec, eating cereal, and fitness.
