Please note, since current semester enrollment information is not sent to the Clearinghouse until after the drop deadline of each term and will require a short processing time, please allow a few business days after the drop deadline before requesting a current term’s electronic verification. Enrollment verifications for previous terms can be done at any time.

*If necessary, loan deferment forms (hard copies) can still be submitted to the Registrar’s Office. The Registrar’s Office will mail all deferment forms to the Clearinghouse after the final add date of the semester. Since this process will require more time, online verifications are strongly encouraged.
