The Registrar's office at Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary is glad to serve students by registering them for classes, helping with graduation, providing transcript evaluations, and more.

Will Johnston
Registrar
Will serves as Southeastern’s Registrar. Originally from Louisiana, he moved to Wake Forest in 2015. Since then, he has completed his MA in Biblical & Theological Studies here at SEBTS and is currently finishing his ThM. He desires to change the world by participating in the second greatest commission of 2 Cor 5:18-19. Will and his wife, Kathrynn, serve at Imago Dei Church in Raleigh and love cooking, traveling, and spending time with their church small group.

Jenna Burchett
Jenna serves in the Registrar’s Office as the Curriculum Coordinator. She moved from New Hampshire to North Carolina in 2016 to pursue her undergraduate in Global Studies at The College at Southeastern. She and her husband, Chad, live in Wake Forest and attend Wake Cross Roads Baptist Church. Jenna is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Intercultural Studies and hopes to one day go overseas and minister in an underserved region. She and her husband both enjoy reading, music, spending time with friends, game nights, and hiking.

Kevin Giffin
Kevin serves in the Registrar’s Office as the Transcript Specialist. He grew up in Midland, Texas, did his Undergraduate degree at Dallas Baptist University, and moved to Wake Forest to become an MDiv student here at SEBTS in 2021. He and his wife, Amanda, are members at Christ Covenant Church in Raleigh and serve in various capacities. In their free time, the Giffins love to spend time with friends, play board games, and eat good food. Long term, he desires to serve in pastoral ministry wherever the Lord calls them.

Jonathon Hale
Jon serves in the Registrar’s Office as the Records and Reporting Coordinator. Jon and his wife, Ashely, have one daughter, Mackenzie, and are both from the Wake Forest area. Jon has a BA in Criminal Justice and an MA in Public Policy from Liberty University. Before attending Southeastern, Jon served in the Army, law enforcement, and the corporate world. Jon is working towards his Master of Divinity at SEBTS. Jon’s life verse is 1 Pet. 2:4-5, and he desires all believers to see their context as the mission field regardless of vocation. Jon and his family are active in their church and enjoy spending time with other families in their small group. When not keeping up with his daughter Jon’s hobbies include reading, disc golf, and kayaking.

Emma Collins
Emma serves in the Registrar’s Office as the Graduation Coordinator. She is now located in Kingsport, TN with her husband. She is originally from Knoxville, TN and came to Southeastern to pursue her Master’s in Christian Education with Biblical Counseling, which she will finish in Fall 2023.
