The Student Ministry (BA & MDiv) program offers students the opportunity to complete a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Divinity in Student Ministry in five years and is designed to train student leaders who envision student ministry as a partnership between church and family with the goal of developing students as maturing disciples of Christ. The Student Ministry (BA & MDiv) program provides students with a liberal arts education as well as biblical and theological training and ministry preparation. Equipping students to serve as pastors or leaders in student ministry, this holistic program includes rigorous classroom instruction, personal investment from professors, mentored internships in the local church, and national and international missions practicums. Students will begin enrolling in graduate level courses after two years of study and must maintain a 3.0 GPA throughout the program.

Requirements

  • Students who wish to pursue this course of study should apply to The College at Southeastern for the BA in Student Ministry. Prospective students must meet with the program coordinator prior to being accepted into the program.
  • Once students apply, they must receive approval from the program coordinator to be admitted into the program.
