K-12 schools can partner with The College at Southeastern to offer college credit through qualified, high school faculty. This program allows high school students to take college-level courses for dual credit while still enrolled in high school.

Concurrent Enrollment Partnership Program

Overview:

  • High school teachers with 18 or more graduate credits in a specific subject area are eligible to teach these dual enrollment courses, provided they meet the college’s qualifications.
  • Concurrent enrollment courses are taught on the high school campus during the regular school day, making it convenient for students to earn college credits without having to travel to a college campus.
  • Schools can customize their curriculum by aligning their courses with courses offered at the College at Southeastern.

How To Start:

  • Email the Dual Enrollment Office and set up a meeting with the Dual Enrollment Coordinator to learn more about offering concurrent enrollment at your school.
  • Instructors must submit their transcripts via email to verify whether they qualify to teach dual enrollment courses.
