What To Expect

Apply when it works for you.

There is no firm deadline to submit your application. However, we request that all applications be submitted (with all supplemental documents received) no later than one month before anticipated enrollment. Applications that are completed within 30 days of the start of the term may still be considered, but we will be unable to guarantee an admissions decision prior to the start of classes. Applications may be submitted up to one year in advance of anticipated enrollment.

There is a $40 application fee.

You can pay with a debit or credit card.

Hear back within 30 days.

Once we have all the documents, you’ll hear back in 30 days. Once all supplemental documents arrive (references, transcripts, background check, etc.) and an application is completed, it will be sent for review, and you will be notified of your admission decision within 30 days.

What We Are Looking For

Completed online application, which includes the following:
  • Completed application form
  • Recent “head and shoulders” photo (color or black and white)
  • Three completed Character Reference Forms (one must be from a pastor)
  • A non-refundable application fee of $40 (paid online at the end of the application)
  • A completed Medical Information Form
  • A completed Immunization History Form
  • A completed Church Recommendation Form
  • Spouse’s Personal Statement (if married)
  • A completed Southeastern Covenant
